Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 30–60 days before the event will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require payment of 100% of the total booking fee, as it is unlikely the date can be rebooked. 2. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 30 days prior to the original event date. Rescheduled dates must occur within 12 months of the original date, and a change fee may apply. 3. Cancellation by DJ Midnite, LLC In the rare event that DJ Midnite, LLC must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, we will make every effort to provide a comparable replacement DJ or offer a full refund, including any deposits paid. 4. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events outside of either party’s control. 5. Refunds All deposits are non-refundable. Any additional payments may be refunded based on the cancellation timeline outlined above.
