Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, based on the original booking amount. This fee covers reserved time and resources that cannot be rebooked on short notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
